Stress Busting

Relieving stress can be a simple as listening to your favorite music, talking to your favorite friend, or wearing your favorite clothing.

Beneath the surface, though, stress bursts through the calm despite our favorites. I know sometimes I just get ticked off and don’t know where it came from.

Not to worry (haha)! Stress-busting is a constant because technology has stressed out most of us. We’re all in the same boat.

And, all is not lost. With the addition of holistic practices, our outbursts, nastiness, and flying-off-the-handle can become less and less our signature behavior. Okay, not YOUR behavior. For you, your “quirks” can be minimized.

I was speaking with my son on the phone and I asked a simple question about a job he mentioned. His response: “What else could I be talking about?”

I looked around as if to say to the world — Where did THAT come from?

Of course, he didn’t see my raised eyebrow and since he kept talking, didn’t hear my pause.

Then I told him about himself. We took 15 minutes or so to go down THAT path that he opened up with the snide, arrogant remark.

This 31-year old  is under a lot of stress. I grant him that. But ugly communication will out if you don’t relieve stress in a timely manner. So he committed to check himself….

Essential oils to the rescue. I have a blend called Stress Away™, and  it’s uniquely relaxing and comforting. It’s the first Young Living Essential Oils product to contain the unique combination of pure lime and vanilla essential oils.

With an aroma that is the perfect blend of tropical and citrus, Stress Away ingredients are: Copaiba (Copaifera reticulata), Lime (Citrus aurantifolia), Cedarwood (Cedrus atlantica), Vanilla (Vanilla planifolia), Ocotea (Ocotea quixos), Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia)

I am excited to un-stressed as I prepare to use Stress Away in a new webinar series to relieve suppressed emotions especially as they affect people in the U.S.
