Here Are
Relationship Builders
That Sway Emotions
and Senses Positively

I cannot emphasize enough that many oils are relationship builders, and these are inherent qualities of the oils in their most pure state. They do much more than help repair and build cells and stimulate hormone function. This list is purely subjective; I could just as easily chosen other oils with emotional benefits; some of the ones I also like are sandalwood, lavender, lemon, rosemary or cypress.

I have extracted the technical information about my favorite relationship builders below. Since the first relationship is the one with yourself, you can use these as suggestions or substitute other oils you are drawn to for your own arsenal, or I should say, "recipe." If you would like more details, jot a note and be specific. For further information about the ORAC values, visit The HealMobile's EDR page and scroll down to the paragraph about an oil's Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity. A high number indicates an oil's ability to bolster your body's ability to strengthen its immune system and destroy excess free radicals.
