7 Oils To Build Relationships and Improve Your Life

You can use the following seven oils to build relationships with your higher self, romantic other, family members, co-workers and friends. They are favorites of HealMobile Team members: balsam fir, clary sage, frankincense, pathcouli, Sleepy-Sensuous Blend, Enhanced Confidence Blend and ylang ylang. Myself and other energy workers also use them in “anointment” sessions, to help clients to open their heart-center and bond with the Creator. (Click here for more; scroll past the invite to join and click No Thanks to surf site.)

BALSAM FIR Essential Oil
Traditionally used for muscular aches and pains, the warm aroma of Abies balsamea soothes and rejuvenates body and mind. Known for supporting respiratory function, this herbaceous oil can be diffused or diluted and is believed to create an uplifting sense of well-being. The balsam fir we have access to is a 100% pure, genuine, unadulterated oil distilled from the needles of Idaho fir trees.View of Balsam Fir and mountains
I find it excellent for stiff and creaky knees from not enough walking as well as tired hands, wrists and arms from excess typing and texting. The scent is delicious and joyful.

For dietary, aromatic or topical use. For a supplement, dilute one drop in 4 fl. oz. of liquid such as goat’s or rice milk.

Do not use near fire, flame, heat or sparks. Possible skin sensitivity. If pregnant or under a doctor’s care, consult him/her.

CLARY SAGE Essential Oil
“Clary” aka clary sage essential oil contains natural phytoestrogens. It has a mellow, warm, herbal scent that is uplifting and relaxing, making it a perfect choice for supporting a normal, healthy attitude during PMS. It is also supportive for menopausal women. Yours truly can attest to its effectiveness. I gracefully entered menopause with very little disruption (compared to some friends). Clary Sage has an extremely high ORAC or antioxidant value of approx.2,209,727. Since using oils to build relationships takes time, use this one liberally to improve your emotional health and cells’ antioxidant action.

For dietary or topical use. Use a drop on fleshy areas such as breasts, upper arms and stomach (womb). When using as a supplement, dilute one drop in 4 fl. oz. of liquid such as soy or rice milk.

Possible skin sensitivity for lighter skin tones. Consult an M.D. if pregnant or under care. Dilution recommended so test first.

Keep out of reach of children. Avoid using on infants and very small children.

Ingredients: Salvia sclarea (clary sage; clary) ess. oil

FRANKINCENSE Essential Oil
Boswellia carterii has a sweet, warm, balsamic aroma that is stimulating and elevating to the mind. Useful for visualizing, improving one’s spiritual connection, and centering, it has comforting properties that help focus the mind and overcome stress and despair. This “holy anointing oil” has been used in religious ceremonies for 1,000s of years.

Today it is used in European and American hospitals and is the subject of substantial research. Its boswellic acids are a valuable ingredient in skin care products for aging and dry skin. The ancient Egyptians used it in rejuvenation face masks. Frankincense has an ORAC of about 6,125. This relatively low value tells us the real power of the oil lies elsewhere, especially since the latest research shows it “digests” tumors. Frankincense enjoys world renown as the “oil of all oils” for good reason. I have used it for meditation, to just feel better and to replace other more specific oils when I run out. It is extremely calming after a day of high pressure.

For dietary or topical use. When using as a supplement, dilute one drop in 4 fl. oz. of liquid such as soy or rice milk.

Dilution not usually recommended, but always dilute for the first time. Keep out of reach of children (however “less than a drop” can be calming for children when used under their feet–rub hands together then apply to calm fussy ones over 2 y.o.).

PATCHOULI Essential Oil
“The scent of the Sixties” has a musky, earthy, transfixing aroma. In Eastern cultures, Pogostemon cablin is a staple known to help release negative emotions and provide general health support when burned as incense. I find it extremely tension-releasing and atmospheric; kind of heavy yet wonderful to blend with lighter oils on this list. It benefits the skin, helping to reduce wrinkles and chapped skin. A general tonic, it supports digestion and soothes queasiness. Has a very strong antioxidant ORAC value of 494,271.

For dietary, aromatic, or topical use. For a supplement, dilute one drop in 4 fl. oz. of liquid such as goat’s or rice milk.

Possible skin sensitivity. Dilution not required; suitable for all but the most sensitive skin. Generally safe for children over 2 years of age.

SLEEPY-SENSUOUS BLEND Essential Oil Blend (aka YLEO RutaVaLa™)
This blend promotes relaxation of the body and mind; helps ease tension, relieve stress and overcome negative feelings while encouraging a positive attitude. Great for a good night’s sleep. This one makes me feel lovey-dovey before drowsiness sets in later. Valerian–or is it rue–gives the blend a strong almost musty scent. You’ll get used to it as you try all these hardworking oils to build relationships.

For aromatic and topical use only. Caution: Keep out of reach of children.

Ingredients: Ruta graveolens (rue), Valeriana officinalis (valerian) root, and Lavandula angustifolia (lavender) ess. oils

ENHANCED CONFIDENCE BLEND Essential Oil Blend (aka YLEO Valor™)
This is an empowering combination that works with both your physical and spiritual aspects to increase feelings of strength, courage and self-esteem in the face of adversity. Renowned for its strengthening qualities, the blend enhances an individual’s internal resources and many find it helps energy alignment like a “chiropractor in a bottle.” I use it to wake up in the A.M. and slow “my roll” before bedtime. Increases radar; authentic listening; centering self. Builds my “vanguard” sense.

For topical or aromatic use. Apply on bottoms of feet and to throat, wrists, chest and the base of the neck. Possible skin sensitivity. If pregnant or under a doctor’s care, consult him/her. Dilution not required; suitable for all but the most sensitive skin. Generally safe for children over 2 years of age.

Ingredients: spruce (Picea mariana), rosewood (Aniba rosaeodora), blue tansy (Tanacetum annuum) and frankincense (Boswellia carterii) ess. oils in a base of almond oil.

YLANG YLANG Essential Oil
Cananga odorata has a sweet fragrance that has made it a romance favorite. In Indonesia, petals are traditionally strewn across the marriage bed. Ylang ylang is extremely effective in relaxing mind and body, and is noted to help the release of anger, tension, and nervous irritability. It’s used in skin/hair care products; Asians love it for luxuriant hair. The oil has a very potent ORAC of 1,300,478 (free radical scavenging capability). I have witnessed its effect of reducing high blood pressure in under an hour. Y-Y releases inhibitions; my favorite use is on me and my husband!

For dietary or topical use (best). Suitable for all but the most sensitive skin; dilute and test first.
